We take care of your loved ones
Newbridge House was officially opened in February 2011. Newbridge is purpose built with dementia clients at the heart of the design. Over the last decade of being open, the home has developed strong and positive relationships with local commissioners, CCG and inspectors.

Reviews
My Aunty Maureen, was unable to care for herself in the community and has lived at Newbridge House for just over 10 years. The move to Newbridge was traumatic for my aunt and her extended family. Her family have visited every week.

However within no time at all she was settled, content and Newbridge House became home and the staff became family.
She settled very quickly and has joined in all activities and celebrations. I would go as far as to say that, her life at Newbridge House has been some of the happiest years of her life. Her care needs have and still are fully met by the staff. All staff, whatever their job description, work as a team and this definitely contributes to the excellent standards provided.

For anyone seeking a 24hr placement, I would recommend a visit to Newbridge House.

As we all know COVID, has had a great impact on everyone’s lives.

Residential/Nursing homes have been coping under the greatest of pressures. Newbridge House is no exception. They coped and continue to cope.
Maureen’s family and my aunt will be for ever grateful to them all.

Mom has is very happy at Newbridge and has good relationships with the carers.
They have become her second family.
She has had no infections which is a big thing for us as a family.
We’ve been able to personalize mums room.

Nicola the manager always let us know of any problems or questions and communicates with us even when not at work, even if its a weekend.
When we see mum we are amazed at how well and happy she is.
As a family we hope that we will be able to all help in the home once things get back to normal.

My mom has been a resident in Newbridge House since 2011. Nicola and her team have always provided impeccable care and support to her, and also empathy and support to myself on the occasions that she has not been well.

I trust them implicitly and would not want my mom to be anywhere else. Mom absolutely loves it there and has great relationships with Nicola and the carers. I cannot speak highly enough of Newbridge House as a care provider and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
